March 2022, I had 5 Helical Piers, 2 Crawl Space Stabilizers and 6 PowerBrace Steel Supplemental Beams installed. The Crawl Space Stabilizers actually raised my kitchen floor that was sinking, and all evidence of sinking was gone. The Helical Piers closed up several cracks in my walls. The crew that did all the work was Ethan, Cody, and Zac, and they were incredible. They caused minimal disruption in my yard, spending the last half day putting dirt back and packing it, leveling out machine tracks, putting down grass seed and straw, and just doing an overall cleanup. They even washed down my driveway and breezeway! I would absolutely recommend American Foundation and Waterproofing!
