ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Representing the company through telephone contact by answering calls, setting inspection appointments, contacting inbound leads.
  • Acting as switchboard operator, transferring calls to the appropriate staff-member.
  • Coordinating and ensuring all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence regarding leads and sold jobs are accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling, and confirming appointments, solving problems, and so on.
  • Assisting inspection staff with scheduling and document management
  • Providing administrative support to all of the company’s departments.
  • Scanning, uploading, copying, and physically/digitally filing documents and photographs.
  • Other general administrative office duties as required

NECESSARY SKILLS

  • Verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • MS Windows, and MS Office experience
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
  • Highly organized

Schedule is full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday (Weekends Off). Select paid holidays, 401k, and employer subsidized health insurance available after 90 days. Generous pay, commensurate with experience
