ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Representing the company through telephone contact by answering calls, setting inspection appointments, contacting inbound leads.
- Acting as switchboard operator, transferring calls to the appropriate staff-member.
- Coordinating and ensuring all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence regarding leads and sold jobs are accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling, and confirming appointments, solving problems, and so on.
- Assisting inspection staff with scheduling and document management
- Providing administrative support to all of the company’s departments.
- Scanning, uploading, copying, and physically/digitally filing documents and photographs.
- Other general administrative office duties as required
NECESSARY SKILLS
- Verbal communication and customer service skills.
- MS Windows, and MS Office experience
- Ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
- Highly organized
- Strong work ethic

Schedule is full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday (Weekends Off). Select paid holidays, 401k, and employer subsidized health insurance available after 90 days. Generous pay, commensurate with experience
